Illustrative animation: the local authority pays in €60,000 in a single transfer. MAP distributes €300 to each of the families’ 200 MAP electronic money accounts, with an IBAN and an e-card. For the new school year, a family pays by card or QR code at an authorised stationer, clothing shop and website: each payment is checked against the authority’s rules and the balance goes from €300 to €204. A cash withdrawal is declined. Every payment is traced for the authority’s monitoring. Amounts are examples.
