Compliance
Identify users and organisations before account opening.
KYC means knowing the individuals involved; KYB covers organisations. MAP verifies identities and the information needed to open accounts, then keeps these checks up to date throughout the relationship.
KYC and KYB at a glance
- KYB Organisations The legal entity, its representatives and beneficial owners
- KYC Individuals Each user, before their account is activated
- Throughout the relationship Checks kept up to date Operations are checked within the framework of the institution’s activity
The client organisation presents its identification, the purpose of the digital euro account and the origin of the funds; its representatives and its beneficial owners are identified with it. These documents are analysed at onboarding. The users then receive an account with an IBAN and their means of payment, and every operation is checked before execution, throughout the relationship.
